Carlita’s Rooftop is the new go-to for tacos, tequila, and whiskey in Eugene! Conveniently located on the top floor of Gordon Hotel. 

EUGENE, OR, March 31st, 2022 — Tacos with a view! The Urban Restaurant Group is thrilled to announce the opening of our second Carlita’s: Tacos, Tequila, Whiskey location — Carlita’s Rooftop in Eugene, on the top floor of Gordon Hotel downtown.

A southwestern-inspired, northwest constructed restaurant and bar. (This is a 21+ ONLY establishment.)

The doors opened to the public on March 17th, 2022.

Conveniently located on the top floor of the Gordon Hotel, Carlita’s Rooftop provides downtown ambience and captivating views of Eugene. Admire the sunset and visit for happy hour. Carlita’s serves up a tasty mix of Mexican small plates infused with locally sourced ingredients in a cozy yet modern setting. The spectacular view is the perfect compliment to the elevated Mexican fare.

Offerings:

Tacos with a view! From Pork Belly to Short Rib, tacos with a NW flair are the house signature, locally sourced northwest ingredients served up in soft shells. Pair with items from our à la carte-focused menu chock-full of options, including fresh ensaladas, tostadas, corn, ceviche, and shareables.

Margaritas take center stage too. The back bar is stocked with a variety of whiskey and agave selections, tens of bottles lining the shelves with a few beers and wines to round out the offerings. House selected barrels, flights, and seasonal tasting events will draw drinkers ranging from the novice to the connoisseur.

Tue-Saturday: 4PM – 11PM  

Happy Hour: Tue-Sat 4pm-6pm and 9:30pm-close.
